Next Working Day (UK Mainland Only)*
Your order must be placed by 2pm in order to qualify for the Next Working Day service which will be sent via Courier. When placing an order please make sure that you include a valid email address and mobile number to receive updates of your delivery. All orders placed on a Friday for Next Working Day will be delivered on a Monday
All orders placed for Mobiles or Smartphones can only be delivered to the Billing address of the card holder Address
Mobile Phone & Tablet Orders will all require a signature and will be delivered by courier to cardholder billing address only.
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD for the majority of all orders. The Method of delivery and the courier used will be emailed to you on dispatch along with a tracking number if available. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home) you will be notified by the relevant courier with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or collection from the couriers depot. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within 3 weeks (Royal Mail, one week for Recorded Signed For items) then it will be returned to digitexglobe.co.uk.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with the selected courier details and a tracking number if available which will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting . We may need to give the Courier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.
