Cancellation

You as a customer have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel at any time within 14 working day cancellation period which starts from the date of the goods being delivered. This must be done by notifying this intention to digitexglobe.co.uk in writing or in another durable medium.

We are happy to refund or exchange an item, however You will be responsible for returning the goods including all accessories to us at your own cost unless otherwise stated.

New or Refurbished Faulty items

If your item develops a fault please notify us at info@digitexglobe.co.uk

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the info@digitexglobe.co.uk  team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via info@digitexglobe.co.uk or call on +44-800-046-5083 and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

All our refurbished phones are supplied with batteries that have been tested to ensure they hold a charge however we cannot guarantee that the manufacturers advertised maximum battery life can be achieved. Batteries are a consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product.
